Do you feel like you have to hide parts of yourself or wish parts would go away?
Do you struggle to show up as your authentic self?
Are you feeling resentful, lonely, and struggling to connect with loved ones?
Are you feeling stuck and overwhelmed?
Are your relationships nurturing or have life circumstances left those connections feeling stagnant?
I strive to assist individuals achieve their best selves focusing on a collaborative process. I am a relational therapist, which means that the relationship between you and me is the most important component of the therapeutic process. I have a direct and compassionate approach working with you so the therapeutic plan will reflect you as a whole person. Our holistic treatment plan will include honoring the client’s racial, gender, sexual, and spiritual identities. It will also take into consideration one’s family of origin and personal history.
Using evidence-based practices we will process difficult and traumatic experiences and focus on being more comfortable with emotions related to safety, security, personal truth, and accepting care.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute video or phone consultation, that will help us determine if we are a good fit for each other.
